THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
You acknowledge and agree that the Company may serve as a third-party service provider to financial institutions and other third parties in connection with certain programs funded or maintained by those third parties. In these cases, the Company may not be the direct issuer of funds but will handle transactions on behalf of those third parties. In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
